Yarra’s Edge Project | VIC

The Yarra’s Edge project has been developed by Mirvac at Melbourne’s most exclusive waterfront neighbourhood, Melbourne Docklands. Since its inception, Mirvac has been committed to setting the precedence in Melbourne for modern luxury living. Each home is individually designed to emphasise the natural distinction of its setting. The prestige doors are being installed onto the prime river waterfront units that are worth in excess of $ 7.6M each (some of these 3-story units have their own gym, cinema and indoor pool).

Steel-Line provided and installed 24 double-sized Smooth Finished Glacier Sectional Doors and 10 Powdercoated Sectional Doors. These doors are manufactured with extruded aluminium frames with 1.6mm flat aluminium sheet to the mid panels and perforated mesh to the top and bottom panels to provide the requested minimum 50% open area for ventilation.
