BX Bunka Australia Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to purchase NSW based residential garage door manufacturer Doorworks Pty Ltd.
BX Bunka Australia Pty Ltd is part of Bunka Shutter Co. Ltd, a Japanese-based company that engages in the manufacture and sale of shutters, housing and building materials. BX Bunka Australia Pty Ltd is made up of the market leading residential brands Steel-Line Garage Doors, Steel-Line Garage Doors WA, Dynamic Door Services and commercial and industrial brands Arco (Qld) Pty Ltd, Retrotech Door Services Pty Ltd and Max Door Solutions.
Doorworks Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, have been operating in Australia since 2012 and specialise in the design, manufacture and sale of residential garage doors.  They manufacture high quality sectional doors, roller doors and architectural / speciality doors in the full Colorbond® colour range as well as Classic Cedar® and Caoba® timbergrain ranges.
