We moved here to Pavilions Close several months ago and I had some minor issues with our tilt-a-door. My initial contact with your company was with Adam Silk – who was extremely helpful in directing me to a resource to replace some aluminium caps. I was impressed with his follow up and friendly manner. My garage door failed to open early yesterday morning and Adam arranged for Sean, one of your service technicians to come out. He has a great demeanour and quickly identified the problem and replaced a failed part in our Merlin Cyclone Pro. The garage door is operating far quieter and better. Sean was very thorough in checking the whole door mechanism and made some minor adjustments to ensure that the door was running smoothly. I also met Adam today and the whole “customer experience” is noteworthy and is the “gold standard”. Sean and Adam are great ambassadors for your company.
Hi There, I just wanted to leave feedback for the Perth branch of Steel-Line Garage doors. From getting the quote to the after service, I have been blown away with the service we have received from your company. I would like to give a huge shoutout to the installer, David, he was awesome!! Also 5 days after getting the garage door installed I had to phone your 1300 number because my daughter had her garage remote stolen with her purse (I was worried her address was in there and my husband was away). I called your office explaining this and everyone was so helpful, especially David who came out to reprogram my other remotes. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure doing business with you all.

He obviously enjoys working for Steel-Line & describes your company as a great company to work for. He went out of his way to realign the workings of the door as well as do the repair. Mum is very happy with her new controller door.
Mum came out a nursing home in April after 7 months. I purchased her a unit in Nundah and renovated it in 12 days. The new controller door allows her easy access to her garage where she grows plants and has her craft bench set up. She couldn’t lift the old door as she’s now 87.
This is more the just a door to mum, it’s a special door which allows her freedom to continue to live in her own home and for this reason I would like to thank your company for wonderful service and installation.

Hi, I would like to thank Mark who I called on Good Friday to assist me with an issue with my roller door.
On Thursday night my car was broken into and my remote was stolen with other items. I was concerned that the robbers would return another day and break into the house or even steal my other cars. I called Mark and he told me how to change the coding over the phone with my other remotes. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
